Animal Cruelty

I could not help but post these pictures. They make me laugh every time I look at them.

Brody had decided it was a good idea to walk underneath the mixer when I turned it on. I was trying to make frosting to decorate a cake and when I turned on the mixer the powdered sugar went everywhere. Body had no idea he had anything on his face until Jada kept trying to lick him.

Yes I am this mean. I made Jada where this beanie one night in order to get her treat. She was not to thrilled about it. But she will do anything for food.

It's Official we are Homeless!!!!

For those of you who have not heard the story yet. Keith and I have been think of moving for a while now. For the last year it has just been talk. Well about 2 weeks before Christmas we found this new housing development that was being built about 5 miles up the road. We walked through the model homes and really like them. So we decieded we would sign up to build one contingent on if we could sell our house(with the current market we were not even sure we would be able to sell our home). So we put our house on the market a couple of days later. It was in the middle of a huge snow storm so we did not expect any one to come walk through the house until at least after christmas maybe even new Years. Well 2 days after the house went on the market someone came and looked at our house. That night they made an offer and 25 days later we moved out of the house and are now currently living with my sister Whitnie until our house is finished being built. Which will probably be around the begining of July. It all happened so fast we didn't even have a chance to tell anyone including our family that we had put our house up for sale. Anyways this was our first home and we had so many great memories in it. I hope the next family enjoys it as much as we did. Below are some pictures of some of the upgrades we did. This is what our pod looked like after we packet everything into it. Unfortunatley it was still not big enough and we had to go rent a storage unit as well. Who would have thought that 2 people could accumulate so much stuff in just 5 years.

I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas Holiday. We even had a white Christmas this year. Which sounds wonderful, but it made for a tricky ride up to Keith's parents house in the mountains. The state announced that chains were required on all freeways leading into the Columbia Gorge so we obeyed and put chains on our 4 wheel Drive. Which is kind of a pain. Anyways our chains kept breaking (I guess that is what you get for buying cheap ones) So finally we decided to take the risk and take the chains off. We made it just fine to Keith's parents house. We were a little late. But better late than never. We had a wonderful time. And enjoyed watching the kids open their presents.

This is Calum all bundled up to go out in the snow. He doesn't look to happy though!
So we had at least a foot of snow by Christmas morning. I know to a lot of you that is nothing but for us Washatonians that is quite a bit. No one knows how to drive in the snow so everyone gets stranded and the news channels talk like the end of the world is coming.

On Christmas day we went to my sister Whitnie's house for Christmas Dinner. Santa had gotten them Rock Band 2 for Christmas. We played for hours. I am thinking of starting my own Rock Band.
